I am not a developer of this app and don't know any of them at all personally but did feel this would be good to share with the community. It's a dating/hookup app for the furry fandom made by furs, here is the announcement message they sent me on telegram:
BETA TESTERS WANTED
Howlr is the Furry equivalent of popular dating/hookup apps like Grindr, Scruff, and Growlr, letting you meet furries around you based on their location. It has no ads, and is 100% free.
The Howlr team is looking for participants in an open beta program before the app's planned release in late June. Only Android users are eligible to participate.

(I know for these things to work well you need to get a lot of people to join and use them so trying to get the word out)

Its based out of France so the new US law doesn't affect them I don't think.

Ah, well that's something, then. App itself needed more permissions than what I really want to give to a strange app, so I didn't get past that.
