PATREON START

Hello! I'll put the life update below as usual!
Anyhow, I'm gonna start a patreon! (I made one a while back, but never actually used it)
So here's what I plan to do. Start small until I get back into the swing of things!
$1- simple, do it cause you wanna motivate me into doing art again. (You do, right? RIGHT?). As well as take part in discussions about pictures I should work on. Hoping these pictures would be 1 main with 2 alternate versions; of which ONE or maybe two versions might be Patreon only for a bit.
While I know this isn't the general method of trying to get patreons, I do feel like I should start tiny.
Once I get back into it, I'll increase the rewards. I will offer commissions time to time that aren't related to the Patreon for the moment, but as it goes further I'm pretty sure I will start giving preferential treatment to those who are Patrons.
I also plan on making a dropbox account of old WIP and never posted works for patron people to look at, maybe be inspired by how much difference my quality can range from and know YOU CAN DO THE THING TOO (and maybe even vote on a few to rework on and finish)

ONTO THE RL STUFF
I know I keep thinking that I'd have more time to work on art. HEll, I moved in with friends with that goal in mind. Well, that sort of was a bust for the year. First, I had to work overtime, one because my boss kept making me do it and two, the new roommates demands for money were growing ever higher between raising the rent to ridiculous amounts for half a bedroom, buying their food and booze for a period of time. Also, timewise, there was the whole working overtime plus finishing college (which btw, I finally graduated so there's that! :D) and whenever I wasn't working or doing classes, the roommate's daughter was constantly wanting to play very bad roblox games (Sorry, you realize how annoying playing 'design games' on a bad engine for hours can get? Oh well, she's just a kid, but wish she had something else to do)
But, as of now I'm living on my own. So, there's literally no one to bother me. (I say living on my own in a weird way to say semi homeless. I decided I'd rather pay $40 for a storage unit and sleep in my car for a while until I figure out what I want to do. But worry not for all those who think it's a bad arrangement! It's not! The storage unit is set up like an office, has electric/ climate control and even Wifi so I can get on the computer during the day and overnight I can get on my laptop using my phone as a hotspot. Gym for showers. Really, a lot less stress in the weeks since I moved. Also, no longer needing to make car payments! So there's a lot good I think. Oh, and sleeping in the car is just fine, look at videos of people turning their Toyota Yaris into a bed and that's what I'm doing and it works great. I mean, an apartment would be preferential, but I'm not sure where I'm gonna stay soon so I'd rather not get tied into a lease nor do I wanna pay some of these ridiculously high prices. Seriously, studio apartments need to realize they're not a luxury unless they're loft apartments. costs the same to rent a studio that it does a 2 bedroom and right now I'm REALLY unsure I want roommates unless they're furs and porn friendly. Also, my ability to move across the country has increased so... if something comes up!
So to break this down, this move into the storage unit has only cost me $40 a month + the $20 for the gym so 60 a month vs the $600-850 a month I was spending with the other place. I mean, I'll miss the friends, but I'll also enjoy being a cheap ass! :D
Also, YAY GYM, working on losing that surgery weight I've put on... (and put off for too long) :oc

The only thing I think I'd do with patreon later are for people to donate for projects like either starting animations again or a venture into making VN's that I never got around to implementing due to time.
