Hooray, it's the solstice! You know what that means! Heat, humidity and more of the latter! Seriously I feel like I'm going to melt in my room and I've got my fan cranked up to super charged so it's baaaaaad.

Anyways, hello everybody! A couple of folks recently jumped onto the Tao Train and I thought it would be a good time to sort of get some feedback as well as announce stuff that should be happening fairly soon in the nearby future once I get the ball rolling and can hunker down on stuff.

First thing I wanted to talk about: Content

I can't lie when I say that it's actually really heartwarming to see people like and favorite the stuff I write and leave comments when they can. A lot of the time, when I get frustrated with my work it's because my brain likes to tell me, "No one really reads this junk" and then I kind of just roll over and let W.I.Ps turn into graveyard files. Seriously you should see the amount of untitled drafts in my drive. It is ghastly. That being said one of the biggest issues that I have right now is trying to produce content in some fashion that works with my schedule but also feels constant enough where people are really get to know characters in a proper manner. So I've been thinking of doing sort of like "Quick Updates" for characters. They're like personal journals that sort of describe a short little snippet of their day from a first person perspective? I know first person can be a little odd and jarring for folks but I think it could be fairly fun!

Second thing I wanted to talk about: Ko-fi

I made a Ko-fi! Part of me thought about doing a patreon tip jar sort of thing but honestly that seems like way to big of a commitment not just on my part but also on the part of people who'd want to support me, especially if I go months without dropping content for whatever reason. Now people can, if they so choose, just buy me a Ko-Fi every so often and hey I could use it as a way to get suggested content out depending on how successful it is. I dunno it's all sort of up in the air but we'll see.

Third thing I wanted to talk about: Commission

By now you should know that I've got commission slots open. Granted these slots aren't exactly first come first serve and more importantly won't be acted on/accepted just yet. There's some work I really and truly needed to get done and to those who are waiting on work from me I sincerely thank you for your patience and I hope to get you an update very soon!
