AIGHT Y’ALL~! It’s going down! Today launches the first official day of CARROT MONTH~! It’s an entire month dedicated to MY OWN projects! Throughout this entire month, I won’t be doing any owed work. Instead, I’m going to be pursuing a bunch of my own projects, hopefully start to finish.
• I WILL be streaming a fair amount of this! Some stuff is best to think through quietly, but a lot of the other stuff would be perfectly good to stream!
• I WILL be sharing stuff that I do each day. I want to document the progress, and show workflow. The behind the scene stuff is important, and can be super fun too! That being said, this content will probably be PATREON ONLY simply because it’s easier to upload all kinds of content there. Finished stuff will go up everywhere as per usual!
• Consider pledging to my patreon to keep up with updates, and help me do all the cool shit I wanna do!
Here’s a list of all that cool shit:
• Merchandise! Specifically Dakimakuras and Acrlyic stand-ups! Maybe pins/shirts!
• Short Narratives! Via Renpy! So learning it, and testing it! I’ve got a few short narratives that’d be fun to explore with it! (ALSO PIXEL ART :>)
• Learning Material/Tutorials. I want to do a few voice-overs, and it’s kind of a test to see if maybe this is a better medium to deliver “Bursting the Artistic Bubble” or similar content! The first I’ll be doing is about “workflows/processes”! Also the ever-anticipated “Cum Tutorial”!
• Game Stuff! One of these days/weekends I’ll be doing a game-jam with a couple friends. We’re gonna try to put something together in a very short time. This is mainly for fun, but it’ll be super fucking cool if it all works out! Aside from that and Renpy stuff, I need to get progress on my patreon game!
• AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE!
First thing I’ve been doing is finally cleaning up my stupid desktop HOLY CRAP.
It’s been super hard to pursue my own projects when I always have some commission that needs to be done. It’s been about 4.5 years since I’ve “had nothing on my plate” (at least, commission-wise) – so I’m SUPER fucking stoked to see what I’m gonna make >:D.
