She is a Divine Proxy, so she ages a normal life, dies, and wakes up on the next full moon as a five year old girl. Then does it all over again. But she spends decades looking 30ish.
She long ago settled into dieing at the same age, over and over, so when she knows it is only a few years off she goes home to stay with one of the two families she has watched over for generations, that watch over her two homes. She dies, they care for her body as it reverts to childhood, and then are all there when she wakes up on the night of the full moon.

Yes, 150+ is genius level, but still well within the realms of human ability. That is why I list it as "moderately high", because in RPGs, WAY higher IQ is not all that uncommon.
Like in D&D, the discussion began many years ago about how Intelligence relates to IQ, it was stated that a character's IQ is simply 10xInt. So that means a starting character can have a 180 IQ!
