HOW do you stop someone from using your characters on Twitter? BustyDane refuses to stop using Phe, even tho I've asked several times, my reporting doesn't seem to do fuck all.. I'm getting really fucking annoyed...

But no, that's terribly messed up. I'm not sure there's much to be done beyond making it clear on your stuff who owns the character. I suppose you might be able to take action if they profit off your work monetarily.
