A (Somewhat) Brief Update

Nyanpasu, everyone!
So I’ve been meaning to write this update for a while now, but kept putting it off for one reason or another. But no more! It’s update time, as in the good kind of update (not like the one that screwed over my laptop, but that’s a tangent and I want to keep this brief).
Okay, so admittedly I haven’t exactly been posting very frequently here. As much as I am hoping to improve my art, I tend to find myself getting sidetracked by various things such as work, other hobbies and the fact that I seem to be tired ALL the damn time (I swear caffeine has the opposite effect on me). Nevertheless, I am still making time for art, and as I stated previously, I have not given up, and have no plans to do so.
One idea I had was to potentially upload WIP sketches to my scraps folder to let people know what I’m working on. Let me know if you think that’s a good idea. It would at least bridge the potentially long gap between posts, in a way.
As for what I’m working on, I would like to develop more ‘sonas (both Pokémon and general animal), and I have been making progress on that front in the background, so hopefully you’ll see some of those soon. Of course, that’s alongside general drawings of whatever ideas I come up with. I have lots of ideas, but many don’t turn out the way I envision, so hopefully I’ll have a higher success rate in the future.
That’s basically the gist of what I wanted to say. There’s probably more I could talk about, but I’ll save that for later to avoid going on and on for too long. However, before I end, I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has followed, favorited or even just looked at my work so far. I know I have a long way to go as an artist, and I’m taking a while to get there, but hopefully with some practice and determination, I’ll be able to figure out what I want to do and how I want to move forward.
