I do have a few simple rules for adopts:
1) They must use pre-existing bases I have made. I won't alter other people's adopts without permission.
2) I won't change body types or re-draw lines. That much work would be a fresh ref sheet commission.
3) I WILL add things like hair, fluff, bigger claws, breasts, or other things that can go on top. Typically for $2-$8 more per.
