Rules and General Information
PAYMENTS AND TERMS
● Payment must be sent in full through PayPal.
● No refunds can be given. (only if I have any problems)
● If you wish to remain anonymous when I post the commissioned image on my gallery, Please let me know and I won't mention you in the description.
FIXES AND CHANGES
● You will be sent the wips, you can enter edits at each stage.
● Larger changes, or changes made after approval will be charged depending on complexity.
● Change to your original request can be made if I have not started working on it. Following your submitted changes a re-quote may be required.
If you decide to change your requirement completely after work has begun you will be charged proportionately for the work to date.
ARTIST RIGHTS
● I have the right to to refuse a commission request without written or verbal reason.
● I have the right to stop doing commission If a client is rude, rushing or harassing and NOT refund it.
● The approximate deadline for work is two to four weeks.
COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
● The commissioner has the right to re-post, crop for icons, as long as credit is given to the artist.
● The commissioner has the right to print the image for personal/non-profit use. If you need the image in a specific format or size, please advise.
COPYRIGHT
● The artists retains the copyright on all produced images in perpetuity.
● Clients are not allowed to blur, cover, or remove watermark for whatever reason Unless cropping the image for personal use within reason: (Icons FA ID’s etc).
COMISSION GUIDELINES
● Any requests that are for images containing overtly unlawfully sexual, violent or extreme fetish related images will not be entertained.
I am comfortable with drawing SFW or NSFW themed images.
● I will not draw: hard vore, hyper, scat, wierd anatomy (breasts on dragons).
● Can’t draw or not very good at: horses, humans, backgrounds, buildings, female body type.
● What I like to draw: monsters, aliens, biomech, etc.
