2018 Closing
2018, you have been one hell of a year. Full of highs, and lows. To be honest some of the lowest lows in recent memory.
I have started to hate myself more and more, both physically and mentally. I have gained weight, and reached my heaviest in my life. While I am not overweight, I do not like having the extra around my stomach/waist I have. I have had more and more back pains and neck pains than prior years. Dental issues arised heavily due to my horrible dental care and diet in the past. The past which was not properly addressed have raised its ugly head and making it harder to sleep or be motivated...
But this year has also had some rather good highs. I have reconnected with old friends and gotten to enjoy their company again. I have had massove success in my career and been promoted to a much better position that doesnt make me want to quit everyday, or worry about my financial situation. I have entered my first strong relationship in....who knows how long. Someone who makes me feel loved, important and attractive.
2019 I got some plans for you, so you better be prepared for an ass kicking.
1. Get back into exercising properly
2. Continue efforts to improve diet
3. Continue regular health evaluations and taking steps to fix the past
4. Seek proper mental care
5. Continue to care for those close
6. Continue to spend time with my SO and learn and fight and laugh and love them.
7. Get back into doing more things I love doing, and stop letting life keep me from them.
