Looking for Tattoo or Memorial Type Art Artist

Anyone know of good tattoo / memorial art type people?? Trying to plan something for my mother who is passing away very soon. I have a tattoo artist in my area, but want to come in with solid idea/design for them and of course I will pay the artist on the design.
