[ UPDATE! x2 (I'm back!) ]
Hey, you know everything I said before? Well, it all died in a fire. Like, a chemical fire that doesn't wanna go out.
So, I had my trip to Indiana to see my family - but I was so busy the whole time, (even did some other work while I was there) that I didn't manage to get very much done concerning art. This was due to multiple factors:
A: My laptop being a cheap piece of crap, and Photoshop constantly crashing. And when it didn't crash, it was still incredibly laggy and fairly unresponsive. I tried switching back to SAI, but I'd gotten too used to PS by that point and my art felt clunky and off. Plus, the screen on it is absolutely horrible when it comes to color accuracy, so things would look crazy over saturated on a better screen if I wasn't careful.
B: Heading out a lot to see old friends and family - which is kind of why I went there, and I'd feel horrible if I didn't go when I had the opportunities. I haven't seen many of them in 3 or more years (That's a long time for me).
C: I ended up catching two strokes of sickness - the first being a fever/head cold, and the second a few days after that was through being a far worse fever, stuffy nose, real sore throat, the nasty stuff for 2 or 3 days straight. I was taking meds, but like that, I couldn't bear to look at a screen or have decent attention to detail. Not to mention, mild seasonal allergies the whole time. I get sick quite often in Indiana, for some reason - part of why I moved back to Florida. I was born there, and it showwws.
ALL THAT BEING SAID. Now I'm back in Florida. It's art time. The day I got back, my sinuses immediately cleared up, my skin stopped drying out like a fish in death valley, and I have my lovely computer and monitor setup again. By next Monday, I hope to have WIP's out to everyone who needs one, if not outright completing your commission. I'm sorry for the wait. It's been too long. I'd like to offer refunds, but what was left went to food so I could eat before I went to Indiana. Thank all of you for your patience, truly. ❤ I want to try and keep things up to date more, keep all of you who support me informed.
OH. Also, happy Christmas, and a merry New Year. ❤
