Werewolves. Always need more werewolves. And cheetahs. Personal biases aside, I'd say try some things you don't draw a lot (or at all!) :)
Some ideas (and other than the first, these aren't things I'm seriously into): Gnolls! Centaur type fuzzies (like the Wemics in D&D, Bast_TW is one if you're still unsure), cool / cute looking creatures or races from various cartoons / books / RPGs... Maybe some slinky fellas like ferrets, weasels and whatnot?
develop more of the 3d stuff like teedash said, draw more background environments with character stuff always, even if it is a hassle, knock on wood it's something I need to do too
draw your characters in chic clothing if nothing else than to practice cool clothes

You've drawn some awesome bunnies and you're great with fluffy characters in general. I think it's the kind of character that would suit your style !
