Pool Party
Where: South Portland City Pool, 21 Nelson Rd, South Portland
When: Sat, Feb 09, 1:30pm
I'll be there sometime after 1:00 in the community center's lobby and we'll be allowed into the locker rooms to change around 1:50-1:55.
We have the pool from 2:00 to 3:00 so DO NOT BE LATE please! If we're already in the pool and you show up late you can pay me after.
Costs:
$5 per person.
Please bring cash, preferably ones and fives.

Pool information:
The pool is 25 m by 15 m, and starts at 3 1/2 feet and goes down to 12 feet.
There is a diving board. The pool also has a ramp for entry. There's balls, noodles, and various other things to use.
If you need swimsuits or other swim supplies
Keep in mind winter is a difficult time because it's a seasonal item at most major retail stores but here's a few suggestions:
1. Dick's Sporting Goods carries swimming stuff all year, just keep in mind the swimsuits are at relatively high prices since they're name brands (talking $40+)
2. Aqua Diving Academy, on Commercial St in Portland (next to Becky's Diner) - while it is a scuba diving shop they do also have a generous selection of swimming stuff including swimsuits, goggles, caps, etc. They're open until 2 PM on Saturdays
