After many months I actually am really excited with what you are going here (revamping an old base - and I damn know which one it is as it was my personal fav!)

I'm a bit dissapointed not seeing any familiar update in trello seems people seem to like them? :3 BUt I still can't wait for the update especially for the remake since I also think I know which base you are talking about <3 (my favorite of the old one and my favorite of the new ones is definetly the shortstack :3)

Are there repeats between the Cozy Package 2015-2016 and the Cozy Package 2017-19? Or are both completely separate items?
Didn't want to accidentally double-buy unnecessarily, but would like to get all the varieties of content.

The 2015-2016 Cozy Package and the 2017-19 Cozy Package are entirely separate! They include their own unique bases with no repeats from the former such as:

Yep! If you were able to get your updates through email before, there will be no change! And if you still have trouble when the update is posted, you're always free to email us about it and we'll fix it right up for you!

Are there going to be updates to Trello? That's usually where I check to see how things are going but there has only been two pictures added..

Tried logging in to redownload my old purchases and now every time I click a page/refresh I get "error" in the top lefthand corner.

Sorry for the late response, I've been very busy IRL. I'll send you a note and email with my info. I'm trying to download all of my purchased files from artists this coming week if possible. This time I'll back up all of the files on a flashdrive like I should have done originally. >>;

So when is this update coming? This was posted FOUR MONTHS ago. Some kind of communication with the people that paid you would be nice.

I would love an update, you know. It's been four months, four months with only two updates to your Trello, your Trello is literally there to show us the updates/progress so you literally don't have to come in and reassure people that you're working on it.

I understand 100% that you're moving and that it's stressful, you probably don't have your tablet up, you probably don't even have internet yet. You should elaborate SOMEWHERE about your situation right now so people can be a little more understanding and patient.

hate to comment again so soon, but i have to echo some of the other sentiments. we haven't heard anything from you in regards to addressing our concerns for quite some time. again. you've been quick to comment back on certain things, but haven't even addressed why 'The last update is still on its way, there's no need for worry! i understand moving. i understand real life getting hectic. but you can at least take ten minutes out of your day to post a journal letting us know what's up. is ten minutes of your time really not worth the $150 total i've sunk into your bases over the years? personally, i feel like i've been taken for a ride. we've give you chance after chance, time and time again listened when you've managed to update us after very lengthy waits. and you've taken advantage of us all yet again.

how is that fair to your customers, past, present, and future? it isn't. i personally won't be returning to buy any of your bases in the future because of the lack of communication. it isn't fair to us, and it must be stressful for you to constantly be receiving comments like this. it wouldn't need to be if you would simply communicate with your customers.

If anyone knows of any other social media I can check for updates, could you reply to me? I only know of FA and Trello so seeing nothing at all makes me worry.

Last time she even replied to a comment on here was nearly 3 weeks ago.

Part of me wants to cut my losses but the other part of me wasted too damn much money to just be screwed over like this.

Other people are helping her work on this, why is it taking so long? And why is she still neglecting to update us???? We’ve been over this. Update us and there won’t be an angry mob. It isn’t science.
