I'm not really sure if this game is something for me, but I kinda really wanna get it for this vore mod. Would it be worth getting this game for the mod?

If you play it for more than 15 hours, thats about a dollar an hour so. I know I had a lot of fun at first, but its more fun with a group of people to mess around playing with the game, I'd recommend finding some peeps to play with before purchasing. Honestly the soundtrack is worth the price as is, imo. Also there are some really huge mod packs out there.

Thing is, I'm absolutely not one for PC games. Getting this game would solely be for the vore mod for me. If I'd get it for purposes other than this mod, I'd rather get it on Switch (if it would ever get on there). This is similar to MUGEN and its various vorish mods, but that game is free. I'm not sure if 15 USD would be worth getting this game for simply this mod, hence my question. I dunno how much I'd play this with other people either, if at all, considering my interests with this game on PC.

I might get it when it goes on sale for $10 or less though. I don't really keep up with Steam sales so I'm not sure if it does go on sale and how much it drops during that time.

Good update! Am getting a crash though. When trying to open the bellybound shop now it's getting an item exception, 'no such item "voreleezhahead"'. Tried looking in the folders myself for the file and there's nothing even by that name. Soft crash, just back to the menu rather than forced to desktop

Hm! interesting problem; My guess: try deleting the old StarboundSimpleVoreMod folder in your mods and re-extract the one from the StarboundSimpleVoreMod-9.5.zip. There might be a legacy file hiding if you just copied over!

I figured it out. My buddy made an armor piece for the mod and I got lazy and didn't double check when I copied it over. Ended up copying more files than I should've and... well, exactly that. Ended up with some legacy files on accident XD

Impressive! There is some amazing new content, and it feels like this definitely made progress since i last checked! ^.-.^

can't seem to get the pills to work. any tips on what to do?

For pills to work, you must:
1. Place a SPOV in the world at least once (to make it unique, the dino is the most clear about this)
2. break it, and interact with the SPOV Enhancer which you can get from either bellybound or the machine in the food hall
3. Not every SPOV uses pills so only those that indicate they can will be listed!

We aren't sure how to indicate what you can and cant do yet, each SPOV might need its own documentation because of how complex they can get

Can any of them do anything besides eat you and let you out/digest?

it seems like every SPOV i set down (I've set down at least 70 more by the time of this message) is not compatible with any pill and all seem to reject them. possible code bug?

I did a fresh install of the mod and it still works for me. Can you confirm that you are doing the following?
1. Place the SPOV down, then break it to collect it again.
2. Interact with the SPOV Enhancer and find the SPOV in the list on the left. Click on it so that it is highlighted.
3. Click on a pill in your inventory and place it into the little slot with a pill icon next to the Enhance button.
4. Click on the Enhance button.

As long as it wasn't a Cleansing Pill or a Generic Pill, the box that says "This SPOV doesn't have any pill effects!" should update to show you the new pill effect.

I believe all of the current SPOVs support all types of pills.

i can confirm everything. I set down (the number up to roughly 250) SPOVs left and right, picked them back up and brought them back to the Enhancer. none of them seemed to be compatible with any pill i had. i will run one more reinstall and get back with results.

i managed to make it work by enhancing the SPOV on the planet rather than the ship. Disregard my earlier messages.

This is all very lovely and I am definitely digging the enhanced interactivity with the VSOs! <3 Added with EMShifter's stuff, who is also amazing, makes me feel like I can't wait for another future release!

I should ask on a side note, does this also include fixes for the tenants that are bugged out, occasionally dying after eating, not using voicelines, barfing you up in 5 seconds and such? I forgot to check when I was able to, and also figure out if this was a 'just me' issue or if it was widespread.

I had a serious issue on an outpost I tried to build. As I was idling and looking stuff up for the vore tenants, I randomly got kicked back to the ship. When I tried to go back down, I was faced with an endless loading screen and had to kill the game with task manager. When I opened the game back up, I tried to head back. The world loaded, only to then be uninteractable and eventually kick me back to my ship.

I left some comments about this on your Twitter post, but I'll put them here too - the Digest and Soft Digest pills seem to be bugged. The VSO will play their digestion animation immediately after swallowing, then pressing any button gets me out. Digest insta-kills, and Soft doesn't change my HP at all. I heard from others that there's an issue with the Healing pill that's pretty similar, too.

Love the mod. One question. Is this compatible with Frackin' Universe?

What program do you use to edit and make these?

I really love this mod but i have trouble finding one monster: the tempraptor, can anyone tell me in what type of planet spawns or the command to spawn it please?

So, here's my follow-up: the vore mod is not compatible with Frackin Universe installed. The Food Hall did not show up as a destination in the teleporter.
