I made a Blender 2.8 template for my purposes of quickly making sketchy animations, as I learn. Arrow keys move in the timeline, and you should be able to draw/render immediately. This needs a new interface plugin for sure!!

Hopefully this helps someone, but we still need an easier UI/UX plugin for this cuz, wow.
