I've decided to whip up a quick Terms of Service for people who are interested in buying my art or my designs.
Everyone who has ever ordered anything from me has to abide by these rules or I shall give you a strike. If you have three strikes against you, I will blacklist you from ever buying from me again.
I am allowed to, at any point, change these rules to how I see fit if there is a problem.
{ Payment }
- Payment must be sent as USD. -
- Payment is only accepted through goods and services, I will never take payment through friends and family. -
- Be sure to check that the "no shipping address" option is selected before sending payment. -
- If you accidentally send the money with your address, I will refund it and have you send it again. -
{ YCH/Commissions}
- Do not rush me or ask for a status update within 3 weeks of me accepting your commission. It gets me anxious and I don't want to rush the commissions that were before you. If you do this, I will give you a strike. -
- I complete commissions in the order that I receive them. If you're curious on what your place is in my list, I have a trello account, link here. -
- If I haven't updated you on your commission after 3 weeks of ordering, feel free to give me a note. Sometimes life will get in my way and I won't be able to get to you in time, but I always try my best. -
- Refunds will only be issued one month after purchase of your commission. If I have shown you the sketch of your commission, you cannot get a refund, only if I haven't given you an update may you ask for a refund. -
- If I've already completed the sketch, I expect a full list of changes that you would like for said sketch to avoid me having to go back in and edit the sketch again after I had just edited it. You will get two chances to ask me to edit things, any more and I will charge you extra for my time or deny your edit. -
- I will immediately blacklist anyone if you chargeback me, I will not tolerate that nonsense, especially if I had already completed your work. If I catch you doing this and find that you're using your finished piece of art, I will report you. -
{ Adopts }
- Credit me the first time you draw your new design, I would love to see the work done for them. Credit me on Toyhou.se for their design as well, link to my TH here. -
- Refunds for adopts will NOT be accepted. -
- You're free to resell your adopt for the same price or lower than you paid for them. The only way to sell them for more is if they have COMMISSIONED art that goes with them, stacking the value. -
- Do not sell any of my designs to anyone who is blacklisted, there will be a list below of who all is on this list. -
- Do not bid or claim a design if you know you can't afford it. I know life gets in the way sometimes, but please be careful of it. If it keeps happening again, I will blacklist you immediately. -
- Do NOT design flip, I will immediately blacklist you for it. Design flipping is where you buy my designs with the intent to flip them for more money with edits or extra art. I would prefer that you kept the design for a month before being allowed to resell it, but it's not mandatory. -
{ Holds }
- I will hold a design for you for up to 24 hours, 72 hours if an extension is requested. Once that hold is up, I will be selling your product to the next person. I'm always happy to give an extension if you need it, but only up to 72 hours. I will only accept holds on Set Price or Auction Autobuys. -
- If you do not respond to my reply within 24 hours, I will hide your message and blacklist you if it becomes a problem. -
