So I don't know how well this will go over.
My job is being a pain right now with payroll again and I have limited funds to grab a copy of clip studios wihich runs for about $50 after tax for pro.
Since this is a want more than a necessity my other obligation come first. What dose this mean Exactly?
I'm will to use any of my abilities as limited as they are to raise some scratch to get this. I'm a Shawty Jack of all trades so my talents are worth about as much as you would like to pay for them.
