So in a few minutes I'll be heading off for Furnal Equinox 10! It's hard to believe the con that I first went to on a lark back in 2010 has grown and made it to year ten! I've been to all of them and have had a great time every year. It's been a lot of fun watching the con grow and change, and while there are times I wish we could go back to some of what we had when we were smaller, I would rather continue to explore the new and exciting changes ahead. It's not just about reliving the past and cherishing our memories of what we'd done, though of course we have that. It's about making new memories together and sharing new times and that we will certainly achieve.

To all my friends on FA I hope you have a great weekend; I'll be off-line during the con so won't be able to chat until I get back Monday evening (and likely not much until I get sketches and my con report posted during the days that follow). And to all my friends who are going to Furnal Equinox too, I will see you very soon!

A brief "Ugh Update": we all still have coughs and so are sucking down those cough drops like crazy. My wife had a brief fever relapse the other day, but it cleared up in a few hours and she's feeling better apart from the persistent cough. My daughter is fine and thankfully never got anything worse than the cough. I feel fine too but man does this cough suck! Ah well, we shall get through it in time to enjoy a beautiful Spring!
