Twitter Poll Winner ... and also something else.

The official winner of the Twitter Poll is...
Rocket Raccoon!
Gonna be honest, I was really hoping he'd win. I've always wanted to write a fetish story with the little guy. So the next story that I write will be about him! What it'll be about and what it might include are at my discretion, but I'll be sure to make something y'all enjoy. If you want to keep up with polls like this whenever I do them again, follow me on Twitter at catsnfats!
And now. Something completely different.
While the poll was active, I was working on something else that I'm really really looking forward to posting. I poured a lot of effort into it and even lost track of time while writing it because I was so invested in seeing it through. I honestly can't wait to show it to everyone. But before I do, I just wanted to clarify something that's been on my mind ever since I came back.
I take a lot of pride in any story I write, whether it be for a commission, a quick thing that I wanted to get on paper, or a story that I dedicate a lot of time, effort, and heart into. I always ask for any feedback or comments on my work, and I do appreciate anything I get. I never expected to receive any kind of support on this, but the small nuggets mean a lot to me.
But I hope it's not needy or greedy of me to ask for a little more on my stories? The comments I usually get are pretty succinct and don't really say anything about what that person thought of what I wrote. They range from little emojis or one word nibbles to "hey you should do this next" or "how about a sequel!?" I once even blocked a person because they kept saying shit like "is this character a woman? oh, they're not a woman, so this isn't for me. good story, but still not for me. would you mind doing a story for me?" and like, that's not a great way to encourage anyone to do anything??? But I digress. The stuff I usually get are...just reactions? Not really comments? And it makes me feel like the stories I work so hard on weren't really read.
I would truly value any feedback that you guys might have. I don't want to sound like I'm forcing all my watchers to give me detailed literary essays on their thoughts, but I'd love to know more of how my writing sounds to other people. Tell me what you loved. Tell me what you hated. Tell me what I could improve on. Tell me if you thought it sucked! Let's talk about what this story was!
All I really want is to know what you guys are thinking. I certainly wouldn't mind doing other stuff for you if you asked nicely or talking about sequels to stuff you liked, but tell me about the one you've just read. I hope I'm not being a nag about this, but a little more positive reinforcement would be great for my writing confidence. I hope y'all understand. I don't mean to call anyone out or anything, but I really wanted to say my piece.
So I'm gonna comb through the one I have on deck for edits and post it for you guys really, really soon. I truly, deeply loved working on this, and I want you guys to enjoy. But if you have anything at all to say about it after you read it, please feel free to share.
Rant over. Stay weird, folks.

Your writing is amazing, don't get me wrong, and in a perfect world everyone who reads and enjoys written material would offer their thoughts and feedback on the matter, but truth be told many of us just like to read a bit of fetish fuel before passing out for the night. It's frustrating to not get feedback on something you'vr worked hard on, believe me I know (my recent commissioner refuses to give me his thoughts on his story), which means we should savor the comments we do get :)
But I do take all my writing seriously, personal, professional, and even my fetish smut. So when people open up a dialogue here, I'd just like a little more than a Thank You, Next policy.
I get what you're saying and I truly appreciate it
