Death in the Family and Recovery

Hey guys,
I'm going to do my best to get back to commissions but I need to inform y'all what I've been going through.
Monday (April 1st), on my way to Austin from Dallas after TFF I received news that my older brother suffered a massive stroke. He was declared braindead by 2 independent doctors, and in accordance to his wishes was pulled off life support.
He was already recovering from a serious bout of pneumonia and was on a breathing machine and a number of others to keep him alive while he recovered. The stroke happened while he was on the mend.
If you haven't been following my twitter this is a very quick summarization of what happened.

I'm going to keep journal comments disabled. I don't want any advice on how to handle death as well meaning as it is and I'm already talking to dear friends who are helping me quite a bit.
I'm not cancelling anyone's commissions but I'm returning to commissions slowly but surely and at my pace. I do apologize for the delay and deeply appreciate your understanding.
I have, however, canceled my attending Motor City Fur Con unfortunately as that would be a bit much for me right now.
