Like.. an insanely long, long while. I won't bore you with updates [there are.. a lot of them.. and very few are good], but I did want to let you know that I am, despite all appearances, still alive.
Up until about 2//3 weeks ago, I couldn't draw. At all. At first, it was simply due to a bit of a.. depression induced block, I guess. But then, I started to get ideas, again. Started to feel that "gotta draw!" urge. And so.. draw, I did. It.. wasn't great. Mainly, because my wrist is still fucked up. They [my ortho] want to do surgery on it, but it's going to have to wait. Until after I have surgery on my shoulder. The process for that little gem has taken me months, and there are still at least 8 weeks left to go before they'll even schedule it [thanks, insurance!]. So.. while I've been drawing, it's been just.. random crap. And it takes me forever. But.. I suppose I'll post 'em up. Cuz why not? Hate to see them go to waste. The plan for them, really, was to do them as YCHs, so they're.. not exactly.. finished. I'll probably still post them as YCHs, but with the understanding that they won't be done with any sort of speed. Payment after completion, as usual. Especially now with the.. iffy shoulder, coupled with the wrist.
Things have been. My Dane passed. Way too young. He was [almost] 4 years old... Rattlesnake bit him, then... his heart gave out. They couldn't save him. I couldn't.. save him. It's.. the pain is still.. really fresh.

The loss of an animal is a tough one to go through and you have my highest condolences
Yeah, he was my baby ;-; I just.. I haven't yet been able to accept he's gone.. I still expect to be woken up each morning with him slobbering all in my face, and when it doesn't happen.. I just.. get sad all over again /:
I don't know why they wait so long on that shit seriously. I mean are they expecting it to heal on it's own so they don't have to deal with it?
