Three Week Hiatus
General
Had another dislocation of the right shoulder back in March, the third in the span of seven months. The early months of 2019 have not been kind to me...
After jumping through some hoops, I finally had an arthroscopic surgery done yesterday, to help tighten up the ligaments, it has an 80% success rate so by August, it'll probably be like the dislocations never happened.
But let's not get ahead of ourselves. I hate to say it, but I'm going to have to go on hiatus for three weeks to recover from the surgery - I've a more limited use of my right arm at present so while I can still type, its more cumbersome and awkward. I don't know if I can manage it for long periods of time and I certainly don't want to half-arse my writing due to discomfort. so I'll be putting it down for the time being.
When the three weeks have passed, the sling will come off hopefully and I'll go through some physical therapy, during which I'll likely be able to be active again.
Worry not, I've no intention of leaving or giving up my writing, this is but a temporary setback and it too will pass.
