Its an intriguing feature, and surprisingly better done than the 'tip' options I've seen on DA or other sites (the fact no cut is taken by FA is, frankly, a nice surprise). I'm in wait-and-see mode, not for anything FA might do wrong but instead just to see how okay PayPal is with this site in particular with having this feature, especially given how twitchy they've been in the past about how their ToS rules are applied which at times seems very random.

But I do like the feature. I'm pondering implementing it if it turns out to be stable, though I'd rather people tip via Patreon since they actually get higher dpi artwork in return, but I completely understand that some people don't want to do a monthly subscription type deal, or just plain don't like Patreon's policies etc.

They've already confirmed the agreement with PayPal, so there's nothing to worry about. :)

I saw it enabled on one account and it confused me. I may enable it too, since I also cant maintain a regular patreon schedule. Though I'm leery about accepting money through an insecure site.

No site is secure these days. Just make sure your holdings are Diversified. I have it a go dropping a couple on someone to test, and it worked just fine with confirmations being done on The PayPal site n
