Have you looked up "One Stormy Night"? You can find a fan dub on YouTube and it is unbelievably adorable! :)

There's also "Azumanga Daioh!". There is a character who crushes on the quiet and cute character the whole series through. (It's been so long since I watched it that I forget some of the names. However, particularly in the "New Year's episode, you can definitely tell there are some homosexual feelings going on.)
