Anyone out there?

This is just a quick journal that won't be the featured one -- that's still the commission list. don't worry... That thing is still there aimed at me like a revolver with the hammer pulled back...
But I was wondering, with the speed of technology advancing and how I seem to keep missing out on what is new and in style at the moment, is there any furry voice chat hubs? I can't survive on only talking to you guys once or twice a year... it's not healthy. And I don't want to interact with kids that just want to shoot each other and open loot crates. I need to find something that isn't a frigg'n 'job' like an mmo but can allow me to be social.
My philosophy is:
If you want something done, do it yourself.
If you can't do it yourself, ask someone who can help,
And if no one can help, learn how to help.

But make sure you put a limit on how many can be in the chat at once otherwise you get everyone talking over one another.
A good place I can recommend would be Leto's 'WOOF' Discord, I've had some really nice conversations on there before, even though I myself am no longer that active. (https://discord.gg/bdWSEJ6)
Discord is 100% an easy place for you to start building a community of like-minded people of those you described, or look around for another server to join. Artists, furries, and gamers alike all use it for whatever you want to use it for.
It's easy to create designated text channels, voice channels, and set up user permissions. Plus, the userface is super easy to look at, learn, and understand in minutes.
VRchat is nice, but discord gives you a little more control imo.
And, F-list, if you want so chat/roleplay. Good for hobnobbing.
Diablo 3 / Fallout 76 and other Mmos my group and I always play without require job on daily just freely whatever and socialized together.
Secondlife is my other favorite to use for chats and creating Avatars :O and Hang out if find a good place to
All I can say is, I know how you feel. I'm completely out the loop cos I avoid being social at all costs. It always ends the same way for me, so I'm completely outdated. So best of luck to you, Gami. I hope you find a decent place you can chat in.
DO NOT GET DISCORD!
I tried it once to be a char on the FBA. However, it was impossible to use, never notified me of new messages, never updated the message columns, clogged up my PC start up, as it would start the moment my PC did, it was the worst thing I ever put on that PC and may have contributed to the ultimate destruction of the HD!
DO NOT GET DISCORD!
Besides, so what if you aren't up to date on the latest trends? What's wrong with being a little out of the loop? Why be in the loop at all?
Im just a nobody but I can speak from experience that following trends is an endless chasing of the wind. And like a Dank Meme compilation, it does not age the best.
Voice Chat > Discord
Text Chat > Telegram
Visual Social Experience > Second Life
I wanna try out VRchat but i cant afford all that stuff on my budget.
