I always thought that mural from 10,000 years ago depicted Ganon as the hero, it looked nothing like Link and even had his red hair.
The question is, what the hell happened to Ganon and why was he even fighting alongside Zelda to start with?
The only thing I can think of is his power got out of control and became an entity of its own separate from him.
But even still, whatever happened, how can he be sealed even further under the castle if he was sealed in the last title?
There can't be two different Ganon's or something... Unless there was?
Does this mean Ganondorf fought for good 10,000 years ago and was ultimately betrayed by the monks or something?
