Back to the hospital today when I started getting some chest and upper arm pain. Turned out to be nothing, more likely a panic attack than an actual cardio event. My vitals look good and the second round of tests all looked good too. To be safe, I've got a heart monitor for the next two weeks and will be seeing a cardiologist in July.

I feel better now and I think I'm managing my own stress better about it. I'll be able to return to work tomorrow too which is good.
