Games I am looking forward to.

Plot Twist: Pokemon SwSh ain't one of them.
I am honestly not excited that a new generation of Pokemon is coming. Whatever fire that I had for the Pokemon games has been drenched by the tidal wave that was SM and even way before the revelation that certain Pokemon will be segregated from the game.
Seriously Sun and Moon was such a bad game in my opinion, they seemed to double down on adding story to the game when they can't tell a good story (It also doesn't help that they didn't bother to animate your player's face properly during cut scenes and made our characters look bad), they seemed to arbitrarily change things for the worse (I can understand that maybe you wanted to replace Gyms with their own equivalent but a good thing about gyms was that we could tell how far we were along the story, you can't do that with the trails unless you just spoil yourself and you can't even use each individual type to gauge how far you are cause two types are not given to you in the story. Also they rebalanced healing items so that their cost to HP ratio is about equivalent yet you can feed your Pokemon two rainbow beans to give them a random chance to not die and shake off status effects and higher critical chances) and they basically lacked any good end game content (Fuck you Red and Blue for fighting me after I had gone through the bullshit that was the post game fights).
It is also very hard to be a fan of something when they seem to want to drop it hard and instead get hyped about something else. I really liked the concept of Mega Evolutions and they really drove hard during XY and ORAS how mega evos are so important and powerful and blahblah, now when SM comes out I am sure I heard the makers give a drawn out sigh as they were hoping you'd forget about the thing that they hyped you up so much before and instead focus on the big new shiny Z Moves that is so awesome and great and will make your dick bigger. So yeah I am sure that both of those things will either be dropped totally or will somehow be hidden in the post game while Dynamaxing is the new thing that will revolutionize everything and cure your syphilis. It is hard to feel excitement for any new mechanics when I am sure three years they will be desperate for you to forget macroing your Pokemon and just get excited for Pokemon fusions or Pokemon armors or Pokemon powering them up by fucking them or whatever new gimmick will centralize the new game and then three years after that they will want you to totally forget that and instead go to the new thing, repeat till end of world.
Also the new revealed Pokemon don't really excite me, sure I like the starters but everyone else I don't really care much. Nothing could make me as passionate as I felt when Salandit came out back in SM. And I really don't like the legendary wolves, they should've made the sword wolf have his sword be a part of his body instead of just holding an actual sword or give shield wolf an actual shield to hold instead of it being a part of his body.
I will buy it regardless because I am invested in the series and I am sure there are a couple of Pokemon that I will lewd up at least. The only thing that can get me to not buy the latest Pokemon game is if they became exclusive to the Epic Store.
So lets actually talk about games that I want.
Banjo Kazooie - Not a game but I am very very excited to play as the duo, this is what is giving me the most hype right now and I am really looking forward to see how they play. I will totally try to buy their Amiibo as soon as they become available for preorder, I regret not getting a Piranha Plant amiibo because I didn't know if I would like him and now he is my main.
Phantasy Star Online 2 - Well I guess the impossible is happening, I waited this for so long... actually I waited it for a couple of years after it released then I stopped caring. I did play the translated patch version but seeing the bunch of japanese text floating around still kinda threw me off. I am hoping that they don't start us off from the beginning in content.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles - Looking forward to this one although it being for mobile is surprising and a bit worrying but I want to be optimistic.
Collection of Mana - Got it already, really liked playing Secret of Mana on my PSP (emulated) so I am looking forward to playing the trilogy once again
DOOM Eternal - Well I will totally get this one both for PC and Switch as soon as it is available. I wonder if this time around we will have a demonic message saying that to win the game we must kill Todd Howard and then after the fight Doom Slayer will say the only line that he will ever say "That's for West Virginia".
Gloomhaven - Yeah that isn't on anyone's radar but Gloomhaven is essentially the GTA V of board games and it is getting a video game makeover.
Animal Crossing - Well out till 2020 but I can't wait to sexually harass my furry neighbors again.
And that is all I can think of.

FA+

Cyberpunk 2077 is on my radar too. I've never played any of CD Projekt Red's games, but they seem like a neat company, and a game that looks like something midway between Deus Ex and System Shock intrigues me.
And...is that all? Gee, I guess E3 wasn't that exciting after all. XD
And I am not much of a fan of the cyberpunk setting in general. I don't dislike it but it doesn't grab me like sword and sorcery, I am a fantasy fag. I might get such a game if it goes on discount or it is bundled in something.
That being said, I'm all aboard the hype train for a ton of other upcoming switch games: Luigi's Mansion 3, Mario Maker 2, Animal Crossing New Horizons, Cadence of Hyrule, Link's Awakening Remake, Breath of the Wild 2, Panzer Dragoon Remake, and the Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
