I often listen to music while writing things, sometimes even themed a particular way to fit the mood of what I am writing, but I am finding it very interesting in writing the story of the Ifrit vore pieces I had done recently to specifically make use of Final Fantasy X music that fits each specific segment of the story that I write as I do it. I am wondering if anyone would appreciate it if I left the links to each music piece directly in the story as a further way to draw you into the story using relevant music from the world of the story itself? In years past I had toyed with this idea, that a story could be more immersive if you were supposed to play music for different parts of it. It came to me after writing some short pieces as comments to music that was posted here on FA and i am really thinking of doing it for this story.

Being the uncultured trash that I am, I have no knowledge of exactly what was done in that. Though all I am incorporating is...shall we say, background music for different story sections.

So, you're talkin' about having specific sections of music to accompany certain sections of the story? Hm. Could work, or could be distracting if ya have to keep checking for music cues. People read at different speeds, so that might throw things off, too. But hey, it's interesting enough to give it a shot! :3

Well they tend to last for a few paragraphs for the most part and you would just need to click another link when it appeared between the paragraphs.
