I think I would choose Halloween! Lots of variety with costumes and themes, and great atmosphere with the light of candles and lanterns.

I've never even heard of Arbor Day, but that pun is bad and I love it.

Also, I gotta go with my boi Christmas. Halloween and Valentine's (obviously) are a close second, but Christmas is just way too awesome not to pick.

All of the "gift" and "present" puns and innuendos, the sexy Christmas outfits, the tons of sexy Christmas art - just fantastic all around.
Not to mention that Christmas is just my favourite holiday all-in-all, for a couple of reasons.

Christmas can be awesome for dress-up fun, too. Naughty or nice? Both? Both. Both is good. ;)
