Snake and Meryl from Metal Gear Solid, for the short-ish time they were together, was always a big favourite of mine.
Nick and Judy from Zootopia, obviously. They're adorable together.
Cloud and Aerith from Final Fantasy 7 are a classic, of course.

I'm also a fairly big fan of Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, from Resident Evil, though that one isn't really canon I think!

Other than that, I...can't really think of that many, to be honest! At least ones that don't in some way involve OCs of mine, which I'm guessing doesn't count.
