Oof, that's also a hard one. Obviously I've never got to do any of that, but I think in a romanticly set up bedroom (duh) or at one of those cliche anime hot springs would be pretty romantic. And I guess that counts as the strangest place too? Not sure.
Usually I think more about the "who" and the "what" than the "where", to be honest.

As for places where I'd never do it, not even for a million dollars? That's somehow even more difficult. A million dollars is a lot of money...currently that's around 901,200.00 €uro. That would literally set me up for life if I wouldn't just spend it all at once and the state wouldn't just take it all away. So I guess the only place where I wouldn't have sex, even for that money, would be someplace where I would either quite possibly die, or catch some horrible disease.
So...extremely dirty places, a war zone, or some place infected by the plague, I guess? Not sure. Although sex with a plague doctor does sound pretty hot, but only because I love the outfit.

Without the million dollar$ there's of course a few more places I wouldn't ever have sex at - one of which is anywhere public. Unless the people there are fine with it, I think? I'd probably get performance anxiety though. Not that that wouldn't be a problem if it was just the person I'd have sex with there.
