I always read journals when they pop up, even if I don't always comment.

Without any kind of counter, it's difficult to tell which ones got more views and whether people saw it. It's especially bothersome if the journal in question has important updates on it and I didn't draw attention to those updates with art & the like.

Honestly, comments help a lot. They doubly help when it's art and I want to know what people think, and if there are critiques to be made on them.

Having counter would be very helpful: I always worry my journals don't get read since I can't see if my friends are reading them. I'm the same way with comments on my writing: I just like seeing how people react to my ideas.

I read them, but I usually only comment when I have something specific to say though. That's just how it is for most people I think.

I read them, if they interest me somehow. If I will read all journals, then I will kill half of my day.

Yeah that'd definitely not work out to read all of 'em. Some are clearly important, while others can be easily skipped.

I read some jounrals. depends partly on free time and partly on if it looks like they may be interesting

I always look at the journals, but I usually only read the ones that peak my interest. As far as how my interest is peaked depends on how the journal is titled
