Hello everyone!
As of writing this I am almost done with my commission queue finally which took me about 10 months to get through, so let me start by apologizing to everyone who had to wait an unreasonably long time before I contacted them.
While I am looking forward to doing more personal art and maybe start doing a bit of animating again, I am also going to need to raise a fair bit of capital, as I am looking to upgrade my PC which is overdue.
I decided to keep my old commission prices while working through this queue, but unfortunately I will have to raise them some the next time I open up for commissions, since this is now my sole means of income.
What I would like to ask now from people is if they have any suggestions or ideas for things like YCH auctions, donations drives and such, since I am completely inexperienced when it comes to handling those.
I already have one or two ideas I'd like to try, but I would still like to hear what sort of stuff you would like to see from me? Like would people be into if I started posting more feral/quad situations?
Situations involving any of my OCs? Would a multi-character YCH be more interesting then something just featuring one or two characters?
I know that YCH may not be everyone's cup of tea, and I fully admit that there was a time when I scoffed at the idea of making what I considered "too much" money on a single drawing, but overly long commission queues I now find very stressful, and sometimes they leave me drawing something I don't feel very motivated or into to make.
So please, if you have any tips or suggestions for how to handle them, what prices you might consider reasonable, or just themes and ideas of what you would like to see me draw, please leave a comment!

From my view, I feel that if you really like something, why not draw it?..I don't feel too many people would complain about some swole (in buff OR the chub sense~) ferals. I know I saw one or two of them from you before that I enjoyed. :)
YCHs for me, it's fine in moderation! It's good to have options, because I have definitely had times from a commissioner standpoint where I did not know 100% what I might want, saw a ych and thought wow, that would actually look pretty awesome..I might as well as thought of that idea, aha. Plus sometimes I could imagine you put effort into something but maybe you just can't be motivated to 100% finish it, or feel others might like to get in on said idea...One person I know, has a googledrive folder filled with sketches to select from/view that he just adds things time to time, and you can possibly advertise it once in a while, especially if they are older ones that might not have been purchased quickly, but could be possibly used in the future from someone interested.
I thought it was a neat idea anyway, thought I'd share.
I can't give too much tips on pricing, but..I'm hopin' I was even a slight bit helpful.

And yus, wanna draw more chonky red dragons! :>
Some become hugely successful and gain a lot of support, while others barely get enough to warrant further parts.
Could be fun as an experiment to post at the beginning of a week, see how much it gets until the end of the week and keep putting out more parts if people are into it.
So what do you think would be a fun idea? My kobold giving one of my other characters a blowjob or someone else's OC? X3

Maybe for a YCH, could either have it be tier base, a fixed pose and rate that say 5 could claim for that, or 1 fixed pose with fixed rate and quality (sketch, flat color, full shade). Could also do a YCH for an animation and use a blank character as the example, then whoever wins the YCH will get their character to be in that animation. Could give it some options if you want like alternate ending of choosing, or have it be a looping gif. Depends on the subject matter, but some cases could offer optional ending or whoever wins the animation gets what they see. Most YCH I see have 2 response spots below. One "bid here" one "comments and questions here". Someone can ask you then to decide if they could have a different outcome possibly and you decide if you're ok with that or not.
Was also considering what you said about YCHs, do one and let multiple people get it, hmm...
Also thought about animation YCH, and it does sound like it could be done, but I feel I will need to brush up on my animating skills first for a bit before I dare selling them, still haven't worked out how to color them really. X'3
