Any Drawing Tablet Recommendations?

Posting this because I'm going to be buying a tablet, but there are so many on Amazon to choose from. So I'm a bit lost. Just looking for a tablet with a decent-sized built-in screen so I can draw directly onto it, and for a reasonable price. Something that is self-contained, with internet, so I can post pictures directly from it.
I'm also toying with the idea of just buying a tablet pc, or possibly buying a second monitor that has a touch screen to hook up to my computer. Though I'd prefer something with a matte textured screen to make drawing easier and reduce glare. So not entirely sure if that'll work

If you're looking for new, there's the HP Envy 13z laptop. It's a 2 in 1 with AMD processor and graphics, can even do some light gaming. It comes with a stylus and it works pretty well. Dunno how good it is for drawing though. I would recommend getting the version with a 3500U in it.
