Update and health

General
Apologies for not being around much, I've been busy moving into a new place and now I'm getting on with my university work.
My health has been deteriorating a bit recently, unfortunately. I'm only 26 and physically active, but I have been having difficulties with shaking, tiredness, and other issues which are being investigated. I have a history of depression and I'm on a fairly high dosage of multiple medications, so I'm hoping that the new issues are side-effects, rather than something else!
Other than that, things are pretty good. The natural sciences degree is going great and I'm going to specialise in Earth sciences :)
Feel free to hit me up if you want to chat!
Zigzak out.

FA+

A lack of it in your diet can lead to many of those symptoms.
I have had similar experiences and it really helped me out.
Try to feel better, okay?
I'm not worrying too much. At the worst, I have to rule out MS (even then it is treatable), but best case scenario is that it's just my medication :)
The symptoms aren't actually too bad, they're just a bit annoying, especially the shaking when I do my river monitoring! :P
