Things havent been going too well for me since the accident. Been feeling really useless and depressed since. Last week i injured myself worse trying to resume my regular activities and that really took my morale into a negative state. Ive been meaning to post this update journal sooner but ive been sleeping alot. I cant even enjoy my usual vices because it either hurts or its hard to adjust to using 1 hand.

It even hurts to swallow when i eat or drink. My Muscle relaxers/pain pills dont work well and Ive had to resort to other means of easing my discomfort.
