Not sure, but here ya go...

For those that know me(and some that don't) I started drawing again as a means to an end. The means being something to fill a void in my life and end being the depression/fallout from divorce. Neither one of us regretted our decisions and even today we're better friends then lovers(rare among ex's). Since the scrapping market's in the toilet and getting an actual job would send me back to CPEP, I started drawing on a whim. I wanted to see if I still had it - any of it. While I'm content for the time being that I can still draw, I struggle because it's not where i want it. Don't tax me just yet - I know when it comes to art practice makes perfect, because your hands are muscles and become tools to accomplish something. Memory falls into play with this also. I saw vast improvements when I started doing Inktober because I was literally traditionally pulling ideas out of thin air, sketching them, then inking them(something I'd never done before) but then see myself struggle with perception when it comes to taking characters to make a web comic.
This of course all leads to my next point. I just posted LUA #16 wich will be the last page for a bit while I move. My father's almost 80 and his health is starting to go, so I'm moving back home to help take care of things. I also see this as an opportunity to work on my art full time(well, full time minus what I do for Jenn) so that I might be able to get it where I want it. It'll also help me experiment with commissions to see if that's something I can handle and at some point I'll get ref sheets up.
If any of this is confusing I apologize, their my thoughts for the moment and while their perfectly fine in my head, when they translate to text they tend to be a jumbled mess.
