So, I've been going to therapy for a while for anxiety, and it's been slowly working out. I don't go into a full panic anymore because I can identify what I'm feeling, and prepare for it. It's pretty nice to slowly be getting my mental health better. Starting to feel more like my old self before a bunch of bullshit happened. I've also started to work out again, and I feel like that's good for my mental health too. I hope to make more friends in the fandom, and go to cons again, and commission/make a fursuit when I have the money for it. Commission some art, too.
