I've been making some breakthroughs in therapy. And to be honest, I'm pretty proud of myself for putting so much focus into my own mental health. My anxiety has been much lower in 2020. My mind is clearer, I'm socializing more, and I'm a lot happier. I hope everyone who reads this has a great day, and a great year! Much love, furry friends!
