i did warn yall that this would take months but sheesh, it really is just a lot of waiting around doing nothing. things are as boring for me as they are for you right now! i'm taking the rare opportunity to hop on here and update FA folk as to how i'm doing, but i spend a whole lot more time on things that the hospital doesnt block such as twitter, so go follow me @oannablue, or garblefart if youre interested in the recovery updates

the short version is that the cancer has been burned from my flesh but so has my entire immune system. i got a new one but it's talking its damn time making my bones its home. i'll probably be stuck in this cleanroom another few weeks at the very least, but after that i go home and deal with being immunocompromised for a few months!
