Adoptable Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an adoptable from me, you accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be made viewable via a link alongside the most recent commission price sheet.
I reserve the right to display, share, and upload any sold adoptables for the purposes of self-promotion, advertisement, and demonstration of artistic skill. I will not attempt to claim ownership of the sold characters.
The purchaser of the adoptable has the full rights to the work to share, upload, and sell copies (prints, merchandise, etc.) as they please, however the purchaser should not edit the artwork outside of cropping and resizing.
In cases where copies of the works are available to purchase from the purchaser of the original adoptable, or the work has been shared publicly (memes, etc.), except using the work for the purpose of a profile icon/avatar, the signature must remain intact and visible. However linking the artist's online galleries/social media for the purpose of giving credit while not required is very much appreciated.
Upon purchase of the adobptable, the purchaser will be sent the full-size version of the artwork with the watermark removed, along with any other versions (such as transparent background versions) and accompanying artwork featuring that character.
Refunds will not be provided. The purchaser will have until payment to change their mind.
