I've been wondering the same thing, honestly. I don't follow the news for the site very much unless another artist I know mentions it... It's been kinda hard to get business too... that might just be for me tho.

Well I know this site has taken a few hits over the years, especially when IMVU bought it. I don't know, I feel like artists are leaving. The front page is primarily super fetish art and I feel like I remember there being more sfw work back in the day.

I noticed that too. I try to avoid the front page as much as I can... Most of the artists that are still here are hella expensive and it seems like you have to jump through hoops to find someone that is good for a price that isn't over $60.

I'm kinda afraid to move my stuff and business tho... I have an Instagram that I post personal stuff on, but it's all pencil stuff... I can't get away with that here. And I have a twitter for art, with nothing on it... but I'm just scared I guess...

I think a fair number of artists have moved much of their art to Patreon and things like it in an effort to support themselves. The downtimes recently drove others to twitter but it is hard for commissioners like me to find people who are open, see what they draw well and give them money there.

I just made a twitter for my art actually. I didn't like posting it on my personal twitter because I don't want to know anyone from my old town.
I only sell adoptables and ref sheets, and I genuinely struggle right now to sell even a $5 adoptable. Seems that most of the good art comes from a small majority of people.
