Many of you probably didn't notice it, but not long after I posted the recent sock introduction image... I got suspended here on FA for a week because of the Tickling Thief comic. The reason, as you can probably guess, is because Tails is a minor. Hopefully most of you know that I do my best to convey that the Sonic stuff I do happens in the future of the games, where everyone is at least 10 years older than in current game cannon. All the visual changes I've made to the characters are to represent this... smaller heads, bigger torsos, they are all overall taller. However, unlike Sonic Boom, I kept the original designs intact when aging them up, and that sadly doesn't make the changes obvious, which I would guess is the reason for that deletion and suspension.

I contacted the appeal team and they did revert the suspension, since it was my first offense, but they were not convinced by the explanation I said above. I can't necessarily blame them, it isn't extremely obvious for someone that doesn't follow my stuff, but it is a very unfortunate thing regardless.

So currently, to avoid this happening again, my choices seem to be... either I drastically change Tails' design to make it more obvious, or... I just treat FA like DA and don't post NSFW stuff involving Tails here. And the second option is what I'll be going with for now. All NSFW pics involving Tails will be posted ONLY on my Inkbunny account. Yes, I do have an Inkbunny account, I just never used it for posting... now I guess I have a good use for it.

Hopefully only Tails will need this special treatment... I know inklings are also a touchy subject, but at least I can change their design very easily, and have been doing so to give them better, more adult faces and bodies... I'm not sure about it yet, but hopefully I'll be able to keep all other characters NSFW stuff in here.

To close off... this really bums me out. Not because I can't post NSFW Tails stuff, more for... "breaking the trust". I always thought FA was the "safe zone" for this foot mess I call art, the place I'd go to if DeviantArt ever got sick of my bullshit, but... that's now gone, no sense of security. FA could just boot me over anytime they want because cartoon animals that don't exist must be of legal age, regardless if you say they are and intend them to be or not. Tho in the end, rules are rules, and I'll follow them. Doing art for you all is my job, and I'll act professional as such.
Ironically, at least DA gave me plenty of warnings when I stepped over the line, and only deleted the art. FA went straight for the week suspension, no questions asked.
