Since the last journal I wrote was over 2 years old, I figured I should update it a bit. Honestly, I wouldn't mind writing a bit more, but I just never really know what to talk about.

I guess I can bring up a few things for this one. Starting off; Patreon.
Been at it for a while, and even though I update slowly I do feel it's been doing alright overall. It's kinda tough to get more support on it but I very much appreciate all the folks who are already in. I kinda wish I could update my art more regularly still, but life just simply doesn't really let me. I spend a lot of my time at work, and the time I have left I do not always feel like drawing. I'll admit that art has gotten less relaxing for me over the years, I don't want it to turn into an obligation. I currently feel good where I'm at right now, which is all I could ask for.

I'm not really interested in sharing a lot of rl stuff. But this month it's been one year since my gran passed. We haven't had a close family death in nearly 18 years. So all of this came out of nowhere, and it left me and the fam in a bit of a shock. It made it hard to enjoy Christmas and Newyears as she was always there with us. My mom and her sis did patch up things again because of all this, they had a huge falling out years ago. So I'm happy to see them visit more and more the past year, I hope that keeps up. Despite some issues I still feel lucky with the family I still got (compared to some of my close friends anyway, who either lost most or have none.) In short; Keep your loved ones close, and don't underestimate the time you get to spend with them when they are older. You might come to regret not seeing them enough...

Lastly. I love the Sonic redesign for the movie, bless Tyson Hesse. I'm super excited to be able to play Halo: Reach on PC after so many years. And I can't wait to put more (lewd) art ideas on paper, I hope you will like what I have in my backlog.
