Commissions and General TOS

● Payment up front, either via PayPal or Cashapp.
● Payment plans available for purchases over $200
● No refunds after the lines have been started.
● I reserve the right to refuse service to you based on your request.
● I will not draw: Scat/diaper/ABDL, etemophilia/vomit, vehicles/guns
● Typical turnover is between 2-3 weeks, depending on my meatspace schedule. Please allow for up to two months to complete a piece, this should rarely happen, but it has before.
● I will give you progress shots. By default this will be in three stages: Sketch, lines, and flat color. You can ask for progress updates at any time.
>You can request any edits, including major composition changes in the sketch stage.
>Changes to details, the pose, or scaling after I have finished lines
>Any changes to the flat colors.
>Once I begin shading, only minor changes can be made.
● You are free to repost the finished pieces on other websites/in your gallery. Credit is greatly appreciated but not required! You cannot remove my signature, however.
● I will do private commissions, however PLEASE let me know if you want a commission to be private when ordering! By default I will post finished commissions, YCHS, and custom adopts. Raffle wins are not eligible for this, so if you win one, be sure you're asking for something you're okay with being shared publicly!

Adopts

● You can place adopts on hold for 48 hours if you intend to purchase.
● Unless otherwise specified, you are free to gift, resell, or trade adopts bought from me.
● If you intend on reselling, please don’t relist the adopt for more than what you bought it for, unless it comes with additional art.
● Unless otherwise specified, you are free to change the gender or species of the adopts.
● Please show me any art or stories you create/purchase using the adopt! Not really a rule, but I enjoy seeing what happens to my adopts~
● Credit me for the character design. You don't need to link back to my profile for this.
● You will receive a full size .kra or .psd and a .png version of your adopt after purchase.

Auctions/YCHs

● Payment within 72 hours of auction end, unless a payment plan is discussed.
● Bid sniping is not allowed. There will be a 30 minute snipe guard (except in the case of a flash sale) on all auctions if I suspect sniping.
● If an auction ends with 0 bids, it will enter flash sale mode. SB, bidding tiers, and AB will be lowered, MI will become $1, and the auction will end 4 hours after the last bid.
