Slow uploading, thouhts and progress
Dear readers.
I may have been a bit slow on uploading some of my EF photos and some smaller con photos. Reason for this is that I have been working towards my cooking degree in a local lunch restaurant. A small and cozy pizzeria/lunch restaurant run by Kurdish people. Very lovely people, most whom are parents themselves. And boy, oh, boy have I learned a thing or two about how to make a proper working man's lunch, especially for those working in car mechanics, taxi driving, construction work and warehouse management.
Plus it has also been a big boost on learning about their culture, customs and habits. Plus their delicacies which have taken a good root on me. Such delicacies as different sorts of breads, lentil soup, ten different forms of salads and different forms of pizza.
I will be returning to schooldesk when December comes. I will also have more time on my paws to upload more photos.
While I have also learned of the good stuff, I have also learned of the many foul things Kurds have to face and dear lord.... if you can see , survive, remember and still keep a good outlook on life, I raise my hat to those who pull through.
