General Information:
NEW RULES:
Please, before continuing to make sure these apply to you!
- You are 18 and older
- Your account is more than 3 months old
- you have all your bills paid for, and I am saying this because i do not want someone to come back and have to make a charge-back because they have an unpaid BILL.
- I do care for the well being of my customers, but a charge-back will cause me to lose money for bills, food, and other necessities, please keep this in mind.
Info:
- Please do not claim, Retrace, Recreate my artwork in ANY way.
- Do not remove watermarks/signatures
- Do not sell any adoptables/pictures/poses for more than what you have bought them for.
- Please credit me when uploading the pieces you got from me on your own profiles.
I WILL NEED A REF SHEET. THIS IS FINAL. I might have said this before on occasions but it is NOT MY FAULT, if the details of YOUR CHARACTER are missing, when NO REF SHEET WAS PROVIDED. That being said, I'd rather you give me one, otherwise i have the right to deny your commission. (REF SHEET IS A NEED IN SPECIAL EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS)
Commission Information:
- Refunds are not given: All sales are final, There will ALWAYS be examples provided for my commissions, it is up to you whether you would like to have me draw for you or not.
- Do not resell my artwork for more than what you bought it for.
- Payment will be done first, before any type of picture is created, you will receive a sketch for approval which we can work off of, and make some hot fixes to it.
- Do not bug me each day If commissions are done, if you do so i have the right to Cancel the Commission itself.
- Please have a CLEAN ref sheet so i know what i will be drawing, and no difficulties show up.
- IF I SKETCHED THE PIECE, AND YOU APPROVED IT, I WILL NOT CHANGE IT ANYMORE.
If you commission a pose from me and it gets denied for any reason it is not my personal responsibility to fix it nor is it my fault if it got denied, I simply gave you what you asked for. I will not fix a pose if it is denied. I do apologize. (IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR RULE, PLEASE MESSAGE ME. I have my reasons.)
More Information:
- If I find out any rules were broken, i have the right to take the artwork back and recreate it, taking down any permissions given.
- If you are planning to make artwork into poses, let me know beforehand.
- Do not claim free artwork or sketches. Always have a Credit, No not one as: it was made seventhunderbolts , but a link to either my site, or the original image.
- Do not harshly reference my artwork. (minor changes, such as ear directions, Hair, etc.)
ADOPT TOS:
- If you’ve bought an adopt by me, the adopt belongs to YOU. (or the person you bought it for.) I do NOT have the right to take the character back in any shape or form after your purchase. You have set real life currency into the character, which makes it officially YOURS.
- If you’re having problems with a design, aka, it not being a “dreamie” anymore, or you’re simply not liking the design, or you have no use for it, do NOT come back to me asking for a refund. You BOUGHT this character for a reason, do not pin it on me.
- You ARE allowed to make changes to the characters design and even change the species.
- Please do not claim you have created the design, it’s easy to link back to me, c’mon now people.
- Please do not price bargain. I make a living off of adopts, YCHS, and Commissions. The price is there for a reason, most likely considered with the amount of time and work put into the design itself.
ASCENTIAN SPECIES TOS:
- By purchasing, making, etc, your own BOA, you agree to the terms listed
- If you happen, for any reason, to leave, be kicked from the group; you will have rights to the design purchased but not the Character itself. That being stated you will have to change the species if you desire to keep it. You may however, resell.
- The Beasts of Ascentia are NOT an open species, they are closed unless otherwise stated.
- All sales are final.

You may make certain changes to the designs, scars, missing limbs, eye color, etc. But major changes must go through the admins. There are colors which have significance and are off limits.
TOS - SALES:
- The species of Ascentia are currently CLOSED and you do not have permission to make your own unless otherwise stated and supervised by the species owner. If you do make your own without permission the design will be revoked and you will be put on the species ban list, disabling any further agreement of you owning one of these yourself.
- If you’ve acquired one of these in an adopt, you may resell them for THE SAME PRICE you have bought it for unless additional art is sold with it.
- If you have acquired one of these in an Auction you can resell this character with the same amount you BOUGHT IT FOR. if it was AB, you can use the AB price, if it was a bide price, it would be your last bid, and so on. (Price depending on artwork coming along with the character of course.)
- If you have been GIFTED a character of Ascentian species, you are not allowed to resell the character, but the art that came along with it. The character itself would be a gift, meaning values would drop.
- If you won a Character in an auction, and you decide you do not want it anymore, the auction will be rerolled to the next available person, giving everyone a chance. Your name being removed.
- If you are caught violating any of the rules you will be black listed and banned from the group. Please be considerate, and remember that this is not only for your security, but the owners as well.
If any of these rules were broken, the artwork will be revoked and recreated. Permissions extracted and given to someone else or kept.
No refunds available in one of these cases as the TOS clearly states.
